Whether she's coordinating projects, managing day-to-day operations, or handling client communications, Rylee brings a genuine commitment to making sure every detail is taken care of — and every client feels it.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Rylee made the move to Texas to chase new opportunities and plant roots in the real estate industry. She's currently working toward her college degree while completing her real estate licensing courses online, with her sights set on becoming a licensed realtor. For Rylee, this isn't just a career path — it's a calling. Her faith in Jesus is at the core of everything she does, and she truly believes that helping people find their forever home is exactly the work she was meant to do.

Before finding her footing in real estate and operations, Rylee studied Interior Design — and that background shows up in everything she does. She now leads light staging and staging coordination for The Mosaic Agency, using her eye for space and aesthetics to help homeowners put their best foot forward. Her goal is simple: help each home tell its own story in a way that sticks with buyers and stands out in the market.

A lifelong people person, Rylee has always thrived on connection — and she counts herself incredibly fortunate to be learning and growing alongside Rachel, the founder of The Mosaic Agency. Working in such a fast-paced, ever-changing industry keeps her on her toes, and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Outside of work, Rylee is recently engaged and looking forward to everything ahead. As well as a dog mom to 2, that she could never leave out! She's someone who pours her heart into caring for those around her, and that comes through in how she approaches her role every single day — building real relationships, showing up with intention, and making sure every client feels informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
